Features smart building connectivity solutions like facial recognition security access control interfacing with our Destination Oriented Allocation System (DOAS) for lift dispatching and Automated Guided Vehicle (AGV) lift interfacing.

Completed Full-DOAS of 16 elevators modernization at Monetary Authority of Singapore building.
Our company achieved a technical breakthrough with our first reconstruction project using Destination Oriented Allocation System (DOAS) at One Raffles Quay.
31 elevators and escalators were installed at the Ocean Financial Centre, featuring 8 units of Singapore’s fastest elevators currently at 540m/min (9m/sec).
The Singapore Flyer was outfitted with 18 elevators and escalators.
23 elevators were modernized in Singapore Land Tower.
We completed 557 elevators under HDB 2nd Term Upgrading project, and installed 50 more elevators at One Raffles Quay.
The company became wholly owned by Mitsubishi Group Companies, and renamed as Mitsubishi Elevator (Singapore) Pte. Ltd.
Our company installed 172 elevators at Caribbean @ Keppel Bay – the largest residential project at that time.
A total of 557 elevators were installed under HDB 12th Term contract, as well as 50 units at Singapore Post Centre.
We completed the massive undertaking of installing 136 elevators at Suntec City, the largest office-retail-MICE project then.
The first wide moving walk in Asia, measuring 1.6m wide, was installed at Changi Airport Passenger Terminal 2, along with 105 elevators, escalators and moving walks.
We undertook the largest hospitality-retail project at that time, with the installation of 109 elevators and escalators at Marina Square.
Our company provided the Pan Pacific Hotel with the world’s fastest outdoor observation elevators then at 210m/min (3.5m/sec).
25 units of elevators were installed at Paragon Shopping Centre, and we completed our first modernization of the high speed elevators at DBS Building Tower 1.
The company was renamed Ryoden (Singapore) Pte. Ltd.
We installed 27 elevators, escalators and dumbwaiters at DBS Building Tower 1, including Singapore’s fastest elevator then at 450m/min (7.5m/sec).
The China Engineers-Ryoden (S) Pte. Ltd. was established as a joint venture between Mitsubishi Electric Corporation, Mitsubishi Corporation and local shareholders.
We installed 100 elevators, escalators and dumbwaiters, including 19 units at Mandarin Hotel Orchard – then Singapore’s tallest building at 36 storeys.
Our business in Singapore began with the distribution of Mitsubishi elevators and escalators through The China Engineers Ltd.
One of our first projects was for Orchard Theatre where we installed Singapore’s first escalator. We also outfitted Marco Polo Hotel with 13 elevators, featuring our first high speed gearless elevator capable of travelling 150m/min (2.5m/sec).
