We commissioned 30 elevators and escalators at CapitaGreen.   Completed Full-DOAS of 16 elevators modernization at Monetary Authority of Singapore building.

We completed 11 elevators modernization at United Square.

Our company achieved a technical breakthrough with our first reconstruction project using Destination Oriented Allocation System (DOAS) at One Raffles Quay.

31 elevators and escalators were installed at the Ocean financial Centre, featuring 8 units of Singapore’s fastest elevators currently at 540m/min (9m/sec).

The Singapore Flyer was outfitted with 18 elevators and escalators.   23 elevators were modernized in Singapore Land Tower.

MESP installed 328 elevators under the HDB 17th Term contract.

We completed 557 elevators under HDB 2nd Term Upgrading project, and installed 50 more elevators at One Raffles Quay.   The company became wholly owned by Mitsubishi Group Companies, and renamed as Mitsubishi Elevator (Singapore) Pte. Ltd.
