Managers, section managers and Assistant Section Managers participated in the pilot On-Boarding Program conducted on 21 Jun 2019 at the Mitsubishi Corporation training room. The 27 participants were briefed on the history of Mitsubishi, our Corporate Principles, Mitsubishi Elevator’s business and Japanese company culture.

The employees were also given the opportunity to discuss case studies to discuss and apply the knowledge acquired during the program. The program was well-received by everyone, as evident from a participant’s feedback that “the explanation of the Corporate’s principles and how it is made relevant in current situation is definitely beneficial!” Another participant enthused that the program provided “… good coverage on overall history of Mitsubishi. (It was) very informative even for long service staff.”
